About this tournament

Sunday 7/31 at 6pm opens early entry for all types of sponsors.
Thursday 8/11 at 7pm opens early entry for long term volunteers by invitation.
Thursday 8/11 at 8pm is open registration (limited).
Thursday 8/11 at 9pm is open registration (unlimited).
To ensure every division is viable we have a temporary division limit of 8 players for all divisions which we will remove at 9pm on 8/11. This helps the age and gender restricted division have enough competitors.
This event will be for 144 players (72 at each course). All types of early entry can never exceed 33% so 48 players are the max to get in before open registration. DiscGolfScene has no mechanism to stop registration at 48 players so the event will temporarily be listed as 48 players max until the night of open registration.
Amateur players pack is a custom tie dye towel (by Emily Hanson), a custom tie dye shirt (from Funky Runkle), and a custom tie dye disc (we have commissioned 15 different disc dyers to each do 10 discs).
We have 7 spotter spots that will also receive the player’s pack.

Refund policy
Refunds only to players who let us know before registration closes.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event will receive a refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the event fills.
If the spot is not filled then:
Refund request over 30 days is 100%
Refund request 15 to 29 days is 50%
Refund request within 14 days is 25%
