DISC GOLF COMBINE @ The LZ
Warren Field (Hole 9 at the LZ) will play host to the "can't miss" event of 2024. Southeast Alabama Disc Golf Association is hosting a disc golf combine fundraising event under the stadium lights of Warren Field. Event starts at 7pm (following the doubles tournament).
Details:
Combine Challenge
- Distance: You will have 3 attempts to throw down a narrow fairway for maximum distance. As a disc golfer it's not just about throwing far, it's about throwing far without going out of bounds! Make sure you land in the fairway or that attempt won't count!
- Accuracy: Distance doesn't matter as much if you can be consistent and accurate on the approach. Test your consistency as you aim for the bullseye approach with 3 shots for maximum points.
- Putting: The staple in every golfers game, putt for the dough from 3 stations that vary in length.
Divisions
GOLD (Advanced, Pro)
BLUE (Intermed, MA40, etc)
RED (Novice, Rec, MA50, etc)
FEMALE (Female Protected)
Awards
Medals will be given to the top finisher in each competition, for each division. Points will be tallied and an overall champion will be crowned for each division as well! Join in for your chance to win up to 4 medals and get the bragging rights as the area's best disc golfer.

This event ties in with "FOOD TRUCKS IN THE PARK" at the same location. There will be plenty of food, fun, and disc golf vendors, so come on out to this can't miss disc golf event!
