Welcome to the Austin Amateur Series! We're looking for the best amateurs in Austin and we're playing the best courses along the way! The top 25% of players in each division will receive invitations to the Austin Am Series Finale in September.

Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 per player at registration):

Player Pack ($25)
Each player will receive a player pack including:
- Event Stamped Innova Disc - Innova discs will be unique plastic/molds only available at Events Powered by Innova!
- Choice of Another Round Loot Bag or Towel - These must be picked up at AR Shop after the event, same day or anytime in the future.
Total player pack retail value is $40
Payout ($5)
Payout will be in the form of credit to Another Round Austin! Payout vouchers are redeemable in person at Another Round and credit will be uploaded to the players account within 24 hours of the end of the event.
Ace Pot - $500! If no ace is hit, it will roll over to the next Austin Am Series Event.
CTP Prizes
We will have CTP prizes on a bunch of the holes! CTP prizes can be picked up at the end of the event or at Another Round Austin after the event. We will have CTPs on the following holes: Hole 1, Hole 4, Hole 7, Hole 10, Hole 12, Hole 15.
Series Points
Players will receive Series points for each event played. The Series points winners in each division will receive a trophy from LZR Prints and free entry into the Series Finale. Series Points are tracked here: https://www.discgolfscene.com/series/37159/austin-am-series. (A minimum of 10 unique players in the division is required for free entry.)
Raffle - We will have a raffle during the event that will include a Dynamic Discs bag, rare and unique discs, and other goodies. Tickets can be purchased during check-in, during lunch, or after the round during payout. We will draw the raffle winners once amateur payout is complete. You do not need to be present to win the raffle. Unclaimed raffle prizes can be picked up at Another Round Austin after the event.

Refund policy
Goose Promotions, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Goose Promotions, LLC will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.
30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
