The first annual Summer Celebration Fundraiser held by the City of Aurora Rotary Club will be Aug 29th, 2021 from 12p-5p. Everyone will need to tee off before 3p to ensure scores are in before the end of the event.
There are 100 custom stamped discs for anyone who signs up. This will be an 18-hole event for experienced locals utilizing the white layout at Sunny Lake. There will also be a short par 3 course for any kids/new players wanting to try the sport for the first time. THE COURSES ARE ON THE NORTH END OF THE LAKE, BUT PLEASE PARK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE LAKE.
The fee for the entire event will be $25 per person. This includes a disc, access to the event courses, access to food trucks and local vendors, and access to the raffles and auction items.
PLEASE REGISTER AT THE EVENT WEBSITE NOT ON DGS. The scores will be kept on Udisc so please make sure you have access to the event on Udisc.
This will be a laid back event. The Aurora Rotary has recently taken a great interest in the course at Sunny Lake and are offering a ton of help to make this course great. It would be great to show local support by bringing the family and friends to their fundraiser.
