About this tournament
$150 added cash
$200 added merchandise
1 round of play
18 April 2025: In order to facilitate higher registration, mixed amateur divisions will be opened up for this tournament. Added cash and merchandise are still reserved solely for female and junior protected divisions; mixed amateur divisions will also be responsible for standard PDGA fees.
Introducing the Artemis Community Engagement Series - a pair of events catered to the adult female and mixed and female junior divisions in the Cincinnati area!
One PDGA sanctioned round will take place at Burnet Woods on Sunday, 27 April, at 9 am. This round is geared toward giving as great a value as possible while also being the perfect blend of serious competition and casual fun. All PDGA fees are waived for the player, including the PDGA tournament fee and the non-member fee, so if you’ve never played in a tournament before, this is a great first start. For those more seasoned tournament veterans, enjoy added cash of $200 for the Pros and $150 added merchandise for the Ams courtesy of our sponsor, Fuzzy Butts LLC, a local certified and licensed dog grooming business, woman-owned, with direct ties to our local disc golf community. Registration didn’t meet the required amount for custom stamped discs, but everyone is free to grab a free disc just for showing up - I’ll have a wider availability from Latitude 64 and a smaller availability for four other brands.
After the round, feel free to stick around! Lunch will be provided by Papa John’s Pizza, or feel free to head out and come back for our community showcase event after lunch! Members of the nationally-renowned UC Discats will be on site to put on a showcase round with our fellow junior and female competitors, as well as any other local community members who are excited to show up for a beautiful day in the park and learn about disc golf! In addition to our showcase round and on site lunch, Fuzzy Butts will be on site to talk all things pets, and I will be running a seminar for any individuals interested in operating their own events as a Tournament Director. This seminar is open to all, and will include all the basics you need to know to run a healthy, successful tournament.
THANK YOU! See official tournament information below.
