About this tournament

WELCOME to Throwing Down the Gauntlet at McDade Park, a Armory Disc Golf Gold Tier Event Presented by Lone Star Discs! Also sponsored by GRIP6
Winners for each division of 3+ players will receive an invite to the End of Season Championship, where they will compete for $1000s in added cash + prizes!
There will be a 3x point multiplier for this event for Throwing Down the Gauntlet Season Points Standings

-This will be a 2 round event, with both rounds played at McDade Park
-Round 1 will start @ 9am, there will be a players meeting at 8:30 am.
-There will be a 1.5 hour lunch break after last card is turned in, and round 2 will start promptly after. Check our Facebook page for exact start time of the second round
-Mega CTP and Ring of Fire after the second round for free prizes!
-Players Pack for all Amateur divisions will be provided
-OB INFORMATION
All roads and beyond, walking paths and beyond, and painted/flagged lines and beyond are OB.
Hole 1- Road left and beyond is OB. Path long of basket is OB.
Hole 3- Path left and beyond is OB
Hole 4- Path and beyond on either side is OB
Hole 5- Path left and beyond is OB. Painted line/flagged area right and beyond is OB. Parking lot long of basket is OB.
Hole 6- Painted line/flagged area right and beyond is OB.
Hole 7- Mando right of marked tree. If missed, proceed to drop-zone with 1 stroke penalty. Road long of basket is OB.
Hole 8- Road left/long is OB
Hole 11- Road right and beyond is OB
Hole 12- Road right and beyond is OB
Hole 13- Flagged area and beyond long of basket OB
Hole 14- Road and beyond OB. Painted line and beyond on tree line OB
Hole 15- (ROUND 2 ONLY) Road and beyond OB, Mando right of marked tree, fence and beyond OB. Missed Mando plays from drop zone at base of marked tree with 1 stroke penalty
Hole 16- Road right and beyond OB

-Hole assignments will be listed on The Armory Disc Golf Shop Facebook page and at tournament central near the practice basket
-Division caps will be lifted 5 days before the tournament begins and waitlist registrants will be added

Refund policy
THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE $5 FEE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations will be refunded minus the $5 cancellation fee up until 5 days before the tournament fills. Refunds within 5 days of tournament date will ONLY be granted if that spot is filled before the tournament begins, either by a waitlist player or new entry. Entry fees for dropouts that are not filled within the final 5 days will be added to the tournament payout pool. Ams who drop out during this window and are not refunded will still be eligible to receive their player packs from The Armory Disc Golf Shop within 30 days after the tournament.
