About this tournament
NOTICE: During Early Registration the player cap is 24 to comply with PDGA rules. THIS WILL CHANGE on 09/24 when registration opens to ALL players
----------
Event #2 of the AHS Triple Crown
AHS Triple Crown Format
Must play in all three tournaments of the AHS Triple Crown to qualify.
- OOH NOO it’s Lake OOOO (May 13)
- Armistice Open (May 20)
- Buck Rhaney Memorial (May 27 - doubles)
Must have an average of 5 players in a division to qualify for a Triple Crown trophy.
Example. If MA40 has a player count of the following (7+4+9/3=6.667) for all 3 events, they would qualify for a Triple Crown Champion trophy as they average over 5 players per event.
Must compete in all 3 events to qualify.
- Your doubles score will count for both teammates if you are both qualified for the AHS Triple Crown.
Example #1 Timmy and Johnny were both partners at Buck Rhaney. They played in all three tournaments. They shot a 46 at Buck Rhaney. They both get a score of 46 for their Triple Crown score at the final event.
Example #2 Suzy and Marsha were both partners at Buck Rhaney. Suzy played in all three and Marsha only played with Suzy for doubles. They shot a 48. Suzy gets the score of 48 for her Triple Crown score at the final event.
AHS Triple Crown Champions will receive a custom trophy and a AHS Voucher.
- These will be made after the event and shipped if you are not local. If local, we will arrange a meeting with you. We kindly request a picture if we shipped it so we can publish it.
AHS Triple Crown is of no added cost to the player. We are doing this as a fun add on to a commitment of playing three weekends in a row. If you run the gauntlet with us, we will give you an added bonus. Good luck!
----------
The Armistice Open is Fueled by Adrenaline Heaven Sports. This is a PDGA sanctioned tournament that will be classified as a “Charity Endowment” event. This will be an annual event that will be played around a Veteran oriented holiday every year. The goal is to raise as much money as possible and then give it all to a Nonprofit Veteran organization in order to support our very own CSRA Veterans.
- Color Guard will present the Colors at the beginning of the event.
- Lunch will be provided.
- Swag, Ace Prizes, CTPs, and contests will be included.
Bring your used and spare discs. Every disc you bring to donate will be a chance to win the CTP contest using those discs. Yes, that means if you bring 20 discs to donate, you get to throw all 20 at a chance to win. All of the donated discs will be used to build bags for new disc golfers, preferably Veterans and children. The closest to the pin will win a special prize.
At the end of the day, our goal is to support Veterans. It doesn’t matter if that’s $50 or $5,000. 100% of the donations and proceeds will go directly to local Veterans. This will also be supported with our silent auctions, hole sponsorships, and more.
Hole sponsorships, CTPs, and silent auction donation items are highly appreciated. Please contact us to see how you can support this event and our Veterans.

We figured it best to provide the lunch for free as we understand that some may have that promised ice cream/snack/etc. for “doing so well.” Some may take it and some may not. Either way, the option is there.
