We are within the 30 days for you to receive a full refund if you need to drop, and I will be following pdga guidelines for refunds. Everyone will receive a cash refund and not merchandise or your players pack.
I do want to confirm the 4 courses you will be playing as Show Low City Park DGC, The Bluffs DGC, Woodland DGC and 4 Seasons DGC in Snowflake! I also want to release a preliminary schedule of what divisions will play and where. It will be subject to change, but for the most part, I think it'll work! The Advanced Grandmaster 50+ division will play a slightly modified tourney as a result of me trying to accommodate players needs. They will be listed as pool G. No I will not add to Pool C or G but I have moved several people from the waitlist! SL=Show Low, B=Bluffs, W=Woodland, 4S=4 Seasons. First round listed Saturday am, Saturday pm, Sunday am, Sunday pm.

Check-in Saturday morning at your pools course will be from 7:00 am-8:30, Players meeting at 8:30 tee off at 9. Second round tee times TBD by TD. There will be no players meeting for your second rounds. There will be one for your third round. You will receive maps and course rules for all 4 rounds at check-in on Saturday. I'm working on discounted food options for Saturday and Sunday lunch. Players party Saturday evening at THE HOUSE with great food and drink options for all ages! I will have several vendors on site at Show Low Park both days and at the players party Saturday night! Awards ceremony and raffle at Show Low City Park after all divisions have finished and scores entered.
