I joined the waitlist but was never able to play. It looks like I did pay as far as I'm aware. When should I be expecting a refund? Team Sweet Baby Rays.

#1 Yay Sponsors! You know who they are, support them like they support us!
#2 Tee signs Have the info: The tee signs will tell you what the hole rules are, follow them. Tee signs will tell you CTP info. Tee signs have sponsor info, see #1.

#4 First round is WORST SHOT plus whatever the Tee sign Says except hole 8, just do what the sign says. Worst shot means play the worst shot until ONE player puts it in the basket.
#5 Mando rules are on the tee signs, most have drop zones but not all, figure it out. Old school mando rules, not the new rule, so if you pure it with a roller, but it rolls across the mando line from the other side, you're good in my book. OB is the usual and is marked with flags.
#6 There are some unique holes that I would like to clarify for you, Unwind is a double mando with no drop zone, If you miss the mandos you must throw back around and go through the mando but no penalty strokes are assessed, Bullseye is a warp zone, the entire disc must be surrounded by the warp zone, The Weakest Link, do what the sign says, Discs on Donuts, the flags mark out a donut shaped area around the pin, all discs that land ON the Donut go to the drop zone without penalty, the center of the donut is safe, so if your putt ends up on the donut, you go to the drop zone and putt again. Turbo is an overhand putt of any sort, I'm not too picky, Floss for fortune, it's the attempt that I want, give it your best and you will get the bonus! Hole 21 is hole 18 tee to the practice basket with a double mando near the basket so is hard to see from the tee but it's there and it's nasty!
#7 I think, Playoffs! were talking Playoffs. There will be playoffs for all payed spots so I don't have to mess with it. Playoffs will be a CTP throw off at tournament central where all players can be properly complimented on their individual talents. I have awesome disc storage trophies for winners of all divisions and lots of prizes, we will have Cascade BBQ there with food and beverages for lunch and Oregon Disc Golf with a plethora of discs and disc golf accessories and I will be there with the loot! see you soon.

All right! We are ready to go! It is time for the audit of the obviously questionable financing of this tournament. We have 32 pro players and 68 AM players, you all gave me $4320 and I brought in another $300 in tee sign sponsors, for a total of $4620. I took that money and threw it at Dynamic Discs and some fly by night towel wholesaler to the tune of $1928 for the players pack items and another $280 on trophies, because its doubles you have to get two, then I had to dish out another $270 for ... more

All right! We are ready to go! It is time for the audit of the obviously questionable financing of this tournament. We have 32 pro players and 68 AM players, you all gave me $4320 and I brought in another $300 in tee sign sponsors, for a total of $4620. I took that money and threw it at Dynamic Discs and some fly by night towel wholesaler to the tune of $1928 for the players pack items and another $280 on trophies, because its doubles you have to get two, then I had to dish out another $270 for reservations and materials like stakes and flags and paint and paper, it adds up. so that leaves us with $1360 for the two Pro divisions to play for and $680 for the AM divisions to split. The Pro division will pay out 5 spots and the Pro 40 will pay out 4 spots. Coed division and AM1 pay out 4 spots, AM2 pays 5 teams, AM 40 pays 2, and the dynamic duo teams in AM 50 will be battling for the top spot. And finally I have taken 1 dollar from each of you to give to the Willamette disc golf club, because without the club, This course would not even be here and I would be very sad. I do believe that accounts for all the cash but I also managed to get around $500 worth of merchandise and gift cards to give away, so pay attention to the tee signs for CTP and Long Putt prizes on every hole plus I will be looking for other ways to give away prizes, did I mention mandos, well that's the financial report, looking forward to seeing all of you in the morning!

All Udisc members can see the tournament under Events and starting holes are posted. here are the directions for the Udisc live scoring:
Update UDisc to the latest version. Make sure you show up to the course with the latest version of UDisc. Open your app store and search for UDisc and make sure there are no pending updates. We're constantly pushing updates to improve the event scoring experience, so it's important you keep UDisc up to date.
At least one person in each group must keep score in UDisc. This ensures that every player is accounted for on the UDisc leaderboard, and greatly reduces the time it takes your tournament director to tally scores.

Check In. Find the Event in the UDisc app, under the Events tab. Events are sorted by how close they are to your location, so most of the time your event will be on the very top. Tap on the event or search for the name of the tournament if you don't see it. Then, tap the Check In button.

If another player does not have a phone, tap the Players button from the event page. This takes you to a list of players registered for the event. The tournament director will take care of adding players to the event, assigning card groupings and start format.


Coordinate with your cardmates during check-in. After you are all checked in, one person only should tap the CREATE SCORECARD button via the Events tab (or via the course listing page) to start keeping score. Make sure only one player per card grouping creates the scorecard.

My buddy and I are looking forward to this tournament. Any update on when the course layout including what the challenges will be for this tournament? My buddy and I are curious to know how we can prepare for this.

I am using Udisc for live scoring for the event. it appears most of you have the app, the free version is fine, so check for a notice through udisc about it and I will be sending starting hole assignments soon. On day of tournament ONE player from each card sets it up on udisc but after it is set up all cardmates can input scores if they have udisc. So get the free udisc app and we are set. If you can't get it, don't worry it will still keep your score.

Hi, we wanted to play coed am but it was full. So we entered pro coed. I know the pros don't get the player packs the ams do. Will there be a way to purchase a disc, for that's the other reason I sign up, as well as supporting a club. Would love to have one of those cool designed discs! Thank you

Good news everybody! Cascade BBQ will be at the tournament with FOOD! Sandwitches filled with delicious barbecue will be available for purchase during the lunch break at Tournament Central.

Hi Scott. Thanks for putting this on. Always fun to play doubles tournaments. Will the "worst disc" round require both players to be in the basket, or will the hole be over when one is in? (aka modified worst shot, or tough shot) Thx

This year we are excited to have Dynamic Discs as a sponsor and provider of discs and swag for player packs! The discs arrived today and I am stoked! All player packs will include a base plastic putter, a premium plastic driver/midrange, a towel and a Dirt bag.
