Shotgun Start Singles format - 2 Rounds
Each Am Player will Receive a Players Pack Valued Over $45
Minimum 4 players needed to make a division.
PDGA Membership and pre-registration required.
Registration ends July 28th at 8:00PM
Course opens for tournament play at 9:00 AM.
Players pack included for all amatuer division entrants.
Players pack and prizes supplied by Prodigy Disc, and Appalachian Disc Golf.
Winners receive store credit to use at ADG's store or Cash or PayPal Payout for Pros.
Prize payouts will be provided as a gift card to Appalachian Disc Golf's store. Gift card can be used in store or online.
Payouts are in accordance with the PDGA's payout table.
Ties for first place in any division will go to Sudden Death Playoff.

I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Appalachian Open presented by Prodigy, Julian Lee Powell III, Appalachian Disc Golf LLC, Wood County Veterans Memorial Park, and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.
