Welcome to the 51st American Flying Disc Open Presented by Dynamic Discs

We extend our gratitude and thanks to Jim Palmeri for originally running this tournament in 1974 which was the first competitive disc golf tournament ever held.

This year's A-tier event will take place over three days for the FPO and MPO divisions Friday Sept 13th - Sunday Sept 15th with a minimum of $8000 added cash!

Post Round MPO coverage for all 3 days provided by Gatekeeper Media for front 9 and Hyzer Media for Back 9

Amateurs will be playing 2 rounds on Friday and 1 round on Saturday
(all 3 rounds using a shotgun start)

PAYOUTS / FEE SCHEDULE:
-$150 ALL Open divisions. We will pay out the top 40% via PayPal to your registration email within 48 hours of the event's completion.
-$ MA1 Division $50 of entry fee will go toward payout.
-$ All other Amateur division $25 of entry fee will go toward payout.
-$15 of each entry will go toward course, bathroom & PDGA fees.

AMATEUR PLAYER PACK:
Will receive a unique special THEMED player pack presented by DD and payout with a value exceeding 100% of the entry fee minus appropriate fees.

UPDATE: players pack consists of 4 items, but we are also paying out the top 50% of the amateur fields. Items in the players pack include a Grip 6 belt, a 32 ounce stainless steel water bottle, a winter hat and a pound of custom 100% Arabica coffee labeled "AFDO 51st Blend". Instead of a player pack disc, you get to compete to pick out your own disc or discs once you make the cash !!!


COURSE OF PLAY:
All Open Divisions will play 3 rounds with Tee times each day Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Parma Town Park on our Championship course (specific layouts to be determined).

All Amateur Divisions will be playing 2 Rounds shotgun start on Friday and 1 Round shotgun start on Saturday at their respective courses based on Pool assignment

DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF REGISTRANTS FOR THE EVENT, WE HAVE CONSOLIDATED COURSES AND ARE NO LONGER USING BIG GUYS CAMPGROUND ON SATURDAY FOR THE B-POOL !!! WE ARE USING CHILI WIDENER PARK INSTEAD

Fri Round 1 & 2: MA2 & FA1 Shadow Pines (White layout), All other division (Red layout)

FRIDAY:
- Pro Pool - FPO Tee times will start at 9 AM in the morning followed by MPO tee times starting at 10 AM at Parma Town Park
- A & B Pools 1st Round Tee off at 8:45 am - followed by 1 hour for Lunch then Second Round


SATURDAY
-A & B Pools 1st Round Tee off at 8:45 am - followed by Awards and Payouts at Parma Town Park
- Pro Pool - FPO Tee times starting at 9 AM followed by MPO tee times starting at 10 AM at Parma Town Park

-Saturday Fly Mart at Parma 4pm - 7pm

SUNDAY
- Pro Pool - FPO Tee times in the morning followed by MPO tee times at Parma Town Park
