I have a friend with 2 boys who were going to sign up. I didn’t see the cut off time, can they still register in person? Or email?

I had to do a double check before registering...it says there is a $40 charge for non-pdga members, but that is not the case.

There is never a non-pdga fee for junior players. It's just the selection looks odd. It's only $40, not the category + $40.
