Refund policy
Dynamic Discs Iron City is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Event Refund Policy
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Withdrawals should be sent to [email redacted] or 205-529-9429.
Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 8/10/22 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)
Amateur Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 8/10/22 and 9/9/2022 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)
Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 8/10/2022 and 9/1/2022 will receive a 100% cash refund.
Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after 9/1/2022 but before 9/9/2022 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee unless the player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
No refunds will be given after 9/9/2022 for Pro or Amateur Players.
Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 9/9/2022 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
