About this tournament

Two Rounds of 18 holes at the NEW The Oaks at Eastgate course at Eastgate Park, in Dothan. All Player packs will include a tube of Zanfel poison Ivy cream and a mini. Added bonus in players pack !!

This event will follow Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) rules. Check out the PDGA website www.pdga.com for official rules.
This tournament is a PDGA C-Tier sanctioned event.
Participants do not need to be members of PDGA.
Tournament director will open a division if there are three or more players (possibly fewer in the case of juniors/women).

We will be using digital scoring so scores will be updated in real time !!!

Ace pot ! if nobody hits during the rounds, winner will be determined by a back-up CTP for both rounds on a hole as yet to be determined.

Ties for 1st place will be played off (sudden death), 2nd and below will both/all receive medals where applicable.

Alabama State Game gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
In addition to medals, prizes will be awarded. Combined score of the 36 holes played will be used to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
Disc Golf is a Medal Sport for the State Games of America (SGA) event. Those who medal in the 2020-2021 Alabama State Games Disc Golf tournament qualify to compete in the 2021 SGA, held in Ames, Iowa. Participants in the Alabama State Games are responsible to check event format and age groups for all SGA qualifying sports offered at the Alabama State Games.

Refund policy

ASF Foundation is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
There will be NO REFUNDS of entry fees because of rain or other acts of nature, or if an athlete or team fails to participate. Sports using outdoor sites are weather dependent. Competitions will be conducted unless State Games officials determine otherwise, or if the playing fields would incur significant damage. For more information about our

In these most unusual circumstances, we want to assure you that if we were to have to cancel the Games; A FULL REFUND OF ALL REGISTRATION FEES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
