• If the ACE POT is not hit, it will be donated to the EDGE Program.
• Paper scorecards will be used as backups. We will use PDGA’s Digital Scorecard for official scorecards.
• You can access the Digital Scorecard on your phone by going to PDGA.COM/SCORE --- The access code is Y3AH. It is not case-sensitive.

Parking: Drive into the park. Go straight thru the roundabout to the back of the park. Parking will be in the last field. Do not park past this onto the other side of the park as it is off limits for parking.
Lunch: JEBS Famous Hotdogs (https://www.facebook.com/jebsfamoushotdogs) will be vending on site for lunch.
RULES:
Hole 1: Track fence is OB. Garden is OB as flagged/lined.
Hole 2: Fence for retention pond and softball field are OB. Creek in front of pad IS NOT OB.
Hole 3: Fence for Baseball Field is OB.
Hole 4: Hole 5’s Fairway IS NOT OB. Allow players on Hole 5 to proceed prior to your shot(s). (OB line on Hole 5 by the road IS OB FOR HOLE 4.)
Hole 5: If Playing Long Tee - Mando is in play. Disc must pass left of tree. If the Mando is missed, throw from the drop zone. (Flags/Line by the road are OB.)
Hole 6: Asphalt Road, curb, and beyond are OB.
Hole 7: Neighbor’s fence is OB. Asphalt Road, curb, and beyond are OB.
Hole 8: Asphalt Road, curb, and beyond are OB.
Hole 14: Asphalt Road, curb, and beyond are OB. The creek is OB as flagged.
Hole 17: Fence for Baseball Field is OB. Hole 17 now has a new basket location! BE AWARE!
Hole 18/19: We have lost holes 18 and 19. We have created a temp hole that combines both fairways. This will be scored as HOLE 18 on live scoring.
Hole 20: Track fence, road. sidewalk and beyond are OB.
Hole 21: Track fence and beyond is OB. Road, curb, and sidewalks are OB. Split rail fence IS NOT OB.

Refund policy
A player is not officially entered in the event until their entry fee has been received and confirmed by the event.
All openings in the field of play will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 14 days or less before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund
If a TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division, any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
