Will there be a caddy book coming out?

Brad Pearson   September 20 at 5:32pm

No caddy book, but Player Meeting Email will be sent shortly and we'll have all Hole Notes posted in PDGA Digital Scorecard and on a printout at Tournament Central. There's a course map in the Photos of this tournament page.

Excellent. Thank you

Shauna Manovich    September 19 at 11:39pm

Request to be carded with Terry Manovich for the first round if possible. Its her first sanctioned tourney and I want to make sure she is supported :)

The course looks good! Just have two quick questions: (1) On hole #6 do you have to hit the wood chips or suffer an OB penalty? or.. is the "island" the light blue? (2) I did not see a white tee on hole #17 perhaps it is the flat spot just around the corner facing the hole (?)

The white tee pad is in another area about halfway up the fairway and up the hill on the left. If you look

Under the photos tab there should be a course map

Ok. Thanks...

If I get on the wait list. Will I get a full refund, if no openings are available for MA50?

Brad Pearson   September 18 at 11:10pm

Yes, you will get a full refund minus any PayPal fees if you do not get in off the waitlist.

Joseph. Eutsler   September 20 at 6:23pm

If I received no email or notification from you about getting off the waitlist, and show up tomorrow. Even if no one drops will you put me on a card to play? As of right now, I will check tomorrow at 6 AM to see if I was off the waitlist.

Brad Pearson   September 20 at 9:04pm

Since all divisions have to play the long tees in the afternoon, I think the only way we’d be able to get you in is if we have a no show or late drop.

Casey S Davis    September 15 at 10:26pm

A request to be on same first card with my brother Micah Davis if possible please.
Also, what will the PARS be?

Wes Bennett   September 15 at 10:41pm

Shorts are all par 3. Longs will have holes 1,7,14,16,18 as par 4

I believe I contacted the Staff looking for answer on Payout for pros not wanting to take cash.

Hey Zach, I replied to email, not sure why you did not receive. But yes that’s fine, we’d be happy to have you join us.

When is the deadline to sign up?

Brad Pearson   September 14 at 1:16pm

Registration closes Thursday night at 8:00pm. Feel free to email me if you have special circumstances to consider.

Thom Schweitzer    September 14 at 1:12am

Request to be on first card with Elmer Smith. Also, my buddy is planning on getting a PDGA membership October 1st. If he plays this tournament, is it possible to have his score added to his future account?

Wes Bennett   September 14 at 1:21am

I do believe the PDGA can add events retroactively

Rob Pisaniello    September 13 at 1:20pm

What time is check in and the start of round 1 planned for?

Kevin Spradlin   September 13 at 1:35pm

From the schedule available on Disc Golf Scene, it seems check-in is from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and Round 1 is to begin at 9:20 a.m.

Brad Pearson    August 8 at 6:19pm

To players registered before August 8, please check your emails for a note about the option to add a Bonus Disc to your player pack.

What is the stamp?/do they look like?

Brad Pearson   August 18 at 1:45am

There is a photo of one of the player pack discs from last years event here: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/AVT_5_Battle_Of_The_Tribes_2023/pictures

Brad Pearson   August 18 at 1:46am

Same stamp this year, with “at Sherando” removed. Should be getting discs in by end of next week and will post some pics.
