About this tournament
1 round of play
This event will consist of 2 rounds of TEE TIMES at Roy G DGC. Please note that Met Center will no longer be included in this event for 2022. The Met Center has been reserved for nearly the entire month leading up to NADGT in October. I apologize for this because I honestly didnt see this coming.
- HQ will be set up by hole 2 -
- - -The course layout may not be the regular Roy G course as it is right now. Holes 14/15 may be shortened depending on the Austin PARD progress on the trail in that area of the park.
This is a HOTT event!!
Bogey Free will be creating trophies for 1st and 2nd Place in each division.
Payout will be conducted by Disc Nation for all amateurs.
Player Packs will be for AM only and will be a Tourney Stamp MINT Disc. All AM players will also receive a Gorilla Fly Towel as part of the players pack ($30 total value!)
If you need to cancel for any reason, the request MUST be made through DiscGolfScene in the email you receive at registration. Cancellations more than 5 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 5 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact TD properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so TD can better serve you.

Roy G DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
