About this tournament
The 8th Annual Republic of Texas Open is a 3-round C tier event held at Flying Armadillo DGC is the Hill Country of San Marcos. We will do 2 tee timed rounds on Saturday, during that time we will be doing a mini game from the top of the Dillo tower throwing down to the basket pyramid for prizes. Am Amazing raffle with some fantastic swag and merchandise will be happening as well. Sunday is the final round with awards and payout. pro payout will cash, and Ams will be Dillo gift cards that be redeemed right away in the pro Shop.
*Players must register by March 15 to receive a player's pack. Pack will contain at least 1 disc from Lone Start discs, A shirt and whatever items we can gather. Player's pack are provided by our sponsors, PLAYERS DO NOT BUY THEIR PACKS IN THEIR ENTRY.
ALL JUNIOR PLAYERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT DURING THE ENTIRE EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Entry fees break down-
$20 for green fees-If you are an active member of FADGC you can get reimbursed on the Pro Shop that weekend.
$10 ace pot entry for everyone
$3 PDGA Fees
$7 for tournament supplies- water, snacks and such
The remaining amount is payout-
$50 per Pro player
$40 per Am player
$30 per Junior player 15-18
$30 per Junior player 10-12
$10 per Junior player 6-8

Refund policy
Republic Of Texas Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Policy is full refund minus 10% until March15th. After March 15th full refund minus 20%. No refund after registration closes.
