8th Annual Costume Clash Doubles
About this tournament
The 8th annual "Costume Clash" Doubles round is Sat 10/29 at Anson B. Nixon Park. This is a yearly event for fun, and you must wear a costume.

It's random draw for team selection, and we play "best throw" disc format. Further details are to be added and/or subject to change so please make sure to check back for updates.
The severity of potential difficulty of playing with the costume will factor in for advantages (ex. mask blocking vision, obstructions making hand movement difficult, capes, etc). The individual player voted with the most difficult costume to play in will get 3 mulligans (free re-throw), 2nd place 2 mulligans, 3rd place 1 mulligan.
1. TIMES
-- 10:10a - Deadline to register by paying (cash or digitally)
-- 10:15a - Mulligan dispersion, Team selection
-- 10:20a - Players meeting
-- 10:30a - Go to assigned Hole
-- 10:35a - Tee off
-- 12:30p - Playoffs & Prizes

The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after team selection.
4. FEE
$20 total if in for everything. $10 to play + $10 for Ace pool & 4 CTPs (optional)
Digital payments must be paid using correct memo or it will be returned. Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Credit/Debit card accepted for payment.

Refund policy
No refunds after 10am Friday 10/28/22. West Chester Area Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
