Nope, the PDGA has weather delay rules for lightning and dangerous weather, but that is not foecast.

Is there anyway to request a friend of mine coming with me be put on a card with other ma60 players? I would be willing to be the "odd man out" if need be... and play on a card with players from another division. I have played with the other ma60 guys before but he has not.

If the tournament fills and someone gets promoted from the wait list then you will. Otherwise, cancelations made after October 21st will not receive a refund.
