We will be utilizing Kelly Park in McCook, NE and Cross Creek Golf Links in Cambridge, NE. Divisions will be split up into two pools (If tournament entries permits) and will flip flop on Saturday between McCook and Cambridge while all divisions (minus Rec and Juniors) will play Kelly park on Sunday with tee times.

Schedule:
Player check in 7:30-8:30am at both courses
Round 1 Shotgun Start 9am Kelly Park
Round 1 Shotgun Start at Cross Creek is dependent on when grounds crew allows us on the grass, but will not be earlier than 9 am with 15 minutes to get to starting hole.

Round 1

We will allow an hour and a half lunch break between rounds to allow travel between courses. Time will start once the last card at a given course is handed in.

Round 2

Day one awards ceremony and payouts for Juniors and Rec/MA3 will proceed at the completion of Round 2 at the Cross Creek Golf Links in Cambridge, NE.

Day 2
All remaining divisions will be on a structured tee time at Kelly park. Tees will start at 8:00am and will continue onwards in 10 minute increments. We will award division winners and payouts as divisions come in and are completed.

Pool Assignments
A Pool - MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MP50, FP50, MP60, MA1 & FA1

B Pool - MA40, FA40, MA50, FA50, MA60, FA60, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MJ18, MJ15, FJ15, MJ12 & FJ12

Playoff:
MA3, FA3 & Junior Divisions 1, 17 & 18 on repeat
All other Divisions: 7, 14 & 6 on repeat

Disclaimer: Recreation/MA3 & Junior/MJ divisions will NOT play Sunday.

If you are wanting to play in a division that is not currently provided on Disc Golf Scene please reach out and we will get it added.

All Open Divisons - $75
All Amateur Divisons - $50

Rolling ace fund is at $787.22!
$5 Ace Fund - If no ace is hit during the event, players will throw off for the ace fund. If an individual/individuals hit the ace throw off, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. If no one hits the ace throw off, then it comes down to the CTP. The closest to the pin wins a guaranteed ⅓ of the ace pot. If the closest to the pin is a Disc Gauntlet Bag Tag holder, they win ⅔ of the ace pot. Tag must be present to collect the 2/3 ace pot.

Refund policy

Disc Gauntlet is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. 100% refund up to 15 minutes before the designated tee time.

Refund & Waitlist
Our refund policy allows players to contact us up until 15 minutes before the designated tee time for a full refund. If no players drop out of the event before the designated time all waitlist players will receive a full refund.
In the event a player has not checked in by the designated time we will allow players to be upgraded from the waitlist to the active player list taking the spot on the card of the player who has not arrived.
