ABOUT
The 7th Annual Emporia Ladies Open is a ladies-only event in Emporia, KS! The event is a two-day tournament. Two rounds of 18 holes at Peter Pan Park (one round on Saturday, October 4, and one on Sunday, October 5). The course will be designed to be both fun and challenging for all divisions.
The player cap is 72—player packs for all divisions.
Optional Ace Pot for $5. The 2025 Ace Pot starts at $1,290. We will make the ace pot 50/50 this year. If an ace is hit, we will pay the winner half of the ace pot, and the remainder of the pot will be donated to a Women's Charity/Cause/Movement.
CTP prizes will be awarded on day 1, and prizes for winning your card will be awarded on both days.
Pro Divisions require a minimum of three people to receive additional added cash.
Tee time start time will depend on registration numbers. The tee time could start later than 8 am but not earlier.
Juniors 10 and under will play one round on Saturday.
CHECK-IN
Players can begin checking in starting at 8 AM on Saturday.
CADDIE PACKS
Caddie packs, which include a caddy shirt, an event disc, and a bonus item for $40, are available for purchase. We will not be providing caddies, but we can help yours look awesome while supporting the event. Caddies DO NOT HAVE TO purchase of a pack. The pack is to enhance the caddie's experience.

SCORING
We are using the PDGA digital scoring platform. After each hole, each player must keep an independent scorecard recording the scores for the entire group. A player who refuses to keep a score may be subject to disqualification.

We will follow PDGA standards for payouts. The am payout will be to dynamicdiscs.com, and the pros will be paid out via PayPal. Rec and Junior Divisions play for trophies only and receive a player pack of equal retail value to their registration fee.

Refund policy
Competitors must make official withdrawals to [email redacted] or submit them through Disc Golf Scene using the "withdraw" option. Entering refund requests in the Disc Golf Scene comment section and inbox is insufficient for withdrawal.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the registration closing date will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee.
Participants canceling less than seven days before the registration closing date will receive a refund in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player's spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the close of registration but more than 24 hours before the start of play, that player will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don't play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player's pack.
