Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2020
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2020 season, it may change for specific events.
OFFICIAL ADDED CASH POLICY FROM PDGA
All PDGA Sanctioned B Tier Events are typically required to have $750 in added cash as a minimum. The PDGA has dropped this requirement down to $500 due to COVID-19, however Big Foot Disc Golf Shop will honor the $750 added cash however, we must have a minimum of 4 MPO players to make a division. In the event a division does not make, we will send out an email to all players affected by this and give them the option to continue on with participating in the event. Also, if there is not enough to make the pro payout, the $750 will be distributed to the Am players in the form of store credit and or merch payout.
