6th Annual Stonestreet Memorial

Please try to register through DGS but we may be able to help by offering other way to pay for the event.

$2 optional ace fund. If ace is hit funds will be sent through PayPal or Google Pay.
(In the event no ace is hit HALF of the ace fund will go to the SCDGA & HALF will roll over to the 2020 HOC Classic in August)

20 hole layout this year. There will be 2 temp holes after hole 15.

OB sheets will be emailed to all participants & it will be up to each competitor to read & know the OB sheet.

Tee times in 15 minute increments. The plan is to double tee off holes 3 & 13 with a break in between rounds one & two. NO RESHUFFLING OF GROUPS. YOU'LL PLAY WITH THE SAME GROUP BOTH ROUNDS.

MUST have at least (3) people to form a division. If there isn't (3) we will ask you to choose another division.

We'd like all scores will be done electronically through uDisc. uDisc has an option where you can Export CSV which is how we'd ask you submit your groups score card via email or text so we can open it via Excel. The main scoreboard will also be digital & made available to view one group at a time.

AM players pack will have the proper retail value to adhere to the PDGA Standard. Could be but not limited to a disc or a towel. On such short notice don't expect anything extravagant.

AM payouts WILL be vouchers that can be redeemed at a later date for anything the SCDGA offers. Tournament Entries (minus ace fund), League Entries (minus ace fund), Plastic, shirts, etc etc. We have chosen to go this route in efforts to make sure the number of people in a small area doesn't exceed 10 to adhere to State & PDGA guidelines.

PRO payouts will be sent electronically either PayPal or Google Pay.

There are other parks within a short 1-2 mile drive of Oak Ledges that have large fields to warm up in. (Bottoms Park, Wampler Park, & Community Park) We ask that you NOT warm up on the course since tee times are being used & take advantage of the other parks to warm up.

WE ASK THAT YOU NOT SHOW UP TO OAK LEDGES MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TEE TIME IN ORDER TO FOLLOW THE PDGA & STATE RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES. YOU WILL CHECK IN AT YOUR STARTING HOLE WITH JEFF OR I.

This is a fluid situation. We may have forgotten about something & are very growing to provide you the players with the best we can provide. Please be patient with us as we attempt to provide you this years crazy version of the Stonestreet Memorial tournament. We are trying our best & please ask any questions you may have!

Stark County Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.

Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Event = 100% Refund minus Paypal/DGscene Fees.

Cancellation >15 Days Prior to Event = 75% Refund minus Paypal/DGScene Fees.

Cancellation <15 Days Prior to Event = 50% Refund minus Paypal/DGScene Fees.

Day Of Event "No Call / No Show" = 0% Refund
