Caddy guide with course rules and OB was emailed to all participants last night and has also been posted on the Central Ohio Disc Facebook group.
There have been a couple of changes at Walnut Hill, due to the standing water around hole 16's tee and the area between 15 and 16 we will NOT play holes 15 and 16. Yeah I will send it via email and post it this evening. There are some updates to Walnut Hill coming due to standing water on the course. I just got back from there and will posting everything here shortly.

They are all in the current placements for the event. Most are in B position except for hole two which is the short A position and 12, 14, and 17 are in C. I believe that is correct.

Hello everyone,
You may have heard by now, but the Arnold Fitness Expo has been canceled to protect the public from the spread of Coronavirus. The sporting events will continue as planned, but they are not allowing spectators at the convention center or other locations. As of now this will not affect our event in any way other than the wristbands for the Expo will no longer be available as the event is canceled. I will be sure to keep everyone up-to-date as any additional information becomes available. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Yeah anytime an event is full you will most likely be put on the waitlist if one is set up. This event has been full for quite some time. Most events are filling within one day, and some just minutes after registration opens up.

If you were on the waitlist, check your email. We have secured Simsbury Disc Golf Course in Pickerington as our second course for the event and the field opened up to 144. If you don't see the email please check your spam folder.

Yep. Was hoping to hear back today and gave them a call but I think all non essential employees were out today and the schools were closed. I'm going to try to get it finalized Monday.

It went good. Basically approved it just has to get across the city managers desk for him to sign off. Running on government time that's for sure. This is definitely the most lengthy process I have ever seen for reserving a course.

Hey all, everyone that is on the registration list, not the waitlist, should have received an email from me this morning about updating your registration. We added a couple of options including shirt size and whether or not you plan on attending the Fitness Expo. Please click on the registered player's tab and right under the tabs you should see a link to edit your registration. Be sure to update it to guarantee your shirt size is available.

I'll be posting all of the layout info next week. I have my meeting with the city of Pickerington to possibly expand to a second course. If we get approved everyone will play one round at each course.

Way2go Kristi glad to see you working so hard to make this event better than it has ever been I think adding a separate Park and splitting the field is an awesome idea definitely sells out fast expansion is the only way you can go

I got an email back today to set up the face to face, so I should have an update by the end of the week. Thanks for being so supportive guys. We definitely are looking to expand and grow this event in the future as we think it could be a great way to get more eyes on the sport.
