5th City of Southgate Parks and Recreation disc golf fundraiser held at Southwinds Golf Course. This is a fundraising event to promote the sport and raise money for future disc golf possibilities in the city. The fun of disc golf with the amenities of ball golf. 1 round of 18 holes with water, sand traps and other ob.
Tentative Layout
Competitive
18 Holes - Par 59
Recreational
18 Holes - Par 54
Carts will be available for $10 and beer cart and cash bar on site. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED
Divisions
There will be a competitive and a recreational division with only the competitive division getting cash payouts.
1st - $100
2nd - $50
3rd - $25
Registration
$55 a team or $35 person
Door prizes and buffet style dinner included in entry fee.
You must register in person or via mail with a copy of the registration sheet.
Dinner tickets are available for companions not wishing to play in the event for $10.
Please come out and support the cause as we are trying to raise awareness of the sport locally with big plans in 2016 for open disc golf days and PDGA sanctioned events held on the golf course.
