About this tournament
The 6th Annual Holiday Classic is a Bring Your Own Partner Doubles unsanctioned event. Two rounds of 18 holes at Ferrettie/Baugo Creek County Park Osceola, IN.

The purpose of this event is to help raise funds for the disc golf course, have tons of fun, and end the year with a bang. A portion of every teams entry fee will be donated to the park.
All holes will be played from their short pads to the short pins for both rounds.
We will be using udisc live for this event. AT LEAST 1 PARTICIPANT FROM EACH TEAM MUST HAVE A UDISC ACCOUNT!!
Each group can also use a paper scorecards to keep score as well.
PLAYERS PACK FOR EVERY REGISTERED AM PLAYER
Players pack will included a custom SJVDGC pint glass, hand warmers, and a SJVDGC aluminum mini.
Ctp's or longest putt for every division during the first round.
Lunch will be provided for all paid entries.
Choosing Divisions-
Pros 960 rating and above
Amateur 900-959 rating
Recreational 899 and below rating
CO-ED mixed double team (male/female)
PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for top 3 finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division.

We will also be having a food drive set up at tournament central. Please check the picture comments on what food donations will be acceptable.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration.
Refund policy:
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between November 15th and November 22nd, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the wait list. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after November 23rd, 2024 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
