REMINDERS
1) We will make first-round tee times available by noon on Friday, September 29. The official event page is here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/64962. Please make all card requests by 5 PM on Thursday, September 28.
2) As of 2022, the PDGA requires an active membership to compete in all B-Tier events (rule found here).
3) Peter Pan Park DGC is set in the pin placements for ELO weekend. We will paint OB lines and flag the course on Thursday.

COURSE NOTES AND MAP
The map course map and notes are attached to this email. Please note we are still changing the language, distances, and pars. Those changes are noted below. The final caddie book will be printed.

Hole 5 - the par is 4/3
Hole 8 - Mid Pad Distance is 304
Hole 5, 6, 11, and 13 - Where it says "previous lie," it will say "tee pad."
Hole 12 - Where it says "iff," it will say "off."

10 AM-4 PM Early Check-In (Find us near hole 1)
11 AM-4 PM Bring Your Partner Flex Start Doubles (Women's and Mixed Divisions Only)

Saturday, September 30
8 AM-2 PM Round 1 Tee Times (Please check in 45 minutes before your tee time if you do not check in on Friday.)
6-8 PM Player Party at Dynamic Disc Headquarters (840 Overlander St). We provide food, but you bring your drinks! Get ready to hang out, dye discs, and have some fun. RSVP if you plan on attending so we can account for disc-dying materials and food!

Sunday, October 1
8:30 AM Round 2 Shotgun Start (*EVERYONE TEES OFF TOGETHER, time may change)
Raffle drawings while we review scores.
Group photo gather near hole 1.
Awards will be given out promptly after all division cards are turned in. We will award trophies to 1-3 place finishers. Amateur payout is available at Dynamic Discs (912 Commercial St) or dynamicdiscs.com. Payout is not awarded to the Recreational Women and Junior Girls divisions; they only receive trophies. Pro payout is through PayPal.

Radius Brewing made an Emporia Ladies Open brew special for this weekend. We encourage you to try it (as long as you're of age)!

ELO Participants,

Denise and I hope you are ready for a wonderful time in Emporia in a few weeks!

Peter Pan Park will be set up for tournament play by Thursday, September 28. The pin positions are in place now, but we will have the course painted and flagged on the listed date. I have attached the course notes to this email. The official map will be emailed at the end of the week, so notes are subject to change.

We will make first-round tee times available by noon on Friday, September 29, on the official event page: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/64962. Reminder: Round one is tee times, and round two is a shotgun start.

Early check-in is on Friday, September 29, from 10 AM-4 PM at Peter Pan Park. Flex Start Doubles is at the same time and in the same place. You do not have to check in early; you can check in 30 minutes to an hour before your tee time on Saturday, September 30.

The Player Party is on Saturday, September 30, from 6-8 PM at Dynamic Discs Headquarters (840 Overlander St). We provide food catered by Radius and encourage all attendees to bring beverages! There are large fridges to keep drinks cold, an indoor area for eating, and an outdoor space for putting and disc dying (Thank you, Dr. Kristy Dyes - Dye Happy)!
