About this tournament
This is our 4th Support The Troops. All proceeds go to the Armed Forces Foundation and we hope to exceed $1500 but think we can hit $2000! This is a PDGA C-Tier Event. Two rounds of disc golf in Rockville, Indiana. Raccoon Lake Temp Course and Rockville Lake Park.
Sign-up at 7:30am
Players Meeting at 8:20am
Tee time is 9am (We need to finish the first round at Raccoon by Noon due to shelter reservations.)
We have permission to place a temporary 18 hole course at Raccoon Lake. They have been nice enough to waive all entrance and shelter fees.
Jameson Hibbs has tentatively designed and measured a course at 5,740ft for OPEN/ADV and 5,563 for all other AM divisions. There may be some slight modifications to it but nothing drastic. If anything it will be a little longer. There will be some water in play on holes 12 & 13.. There will be a mix of open, moderately, and some tight fairways. None of the holes are as tight as Rockville Lake. It should play well and be challenging for all divisions! I really hope to get some open players to come and check it out!

There will be two holes that have longer tee pads for the ADV and OPEN division.
Cost is $40 Open, $30 AMS, $10 for Youth and Women. Lunch will be $2/person (pay at event). Drinks will be available for $1 (purchase at event)
Players packs will consist of an event dri-fit shirt & disc, scorecard, military bracelet, small American Flag, stationary, along with a koozie and stamped mini from Rockville Lake Park. We now have stuff from Mary Kay (for the women players and for the men to take home to their ladies), American Flag Pin, free ice cream coupon, pet treats, stationary, free month subscription to our local newspaper the Parke Co. Sentinel; All of which will be placed in a nice clothe carry bag from Parke County REMC.
We will have great prizes for our raffle and CTP's; Smoker, Indiana Beach tickets, Indianapolis Indian Tickets, Beef & Board Tickets, Childrens Museum Tickets, Sun King Brewery items, Veterans Quilt, Prodigy Discs, Zanfel Poison Ivy Med, Shirts, more discs, Home Decor, backpacks (not disc golf bags), pet treat basket, framed landscape photos, and hopefully more to come!!
Camping is available at Rockville Lake Park the night before and the night of the event!
We are still taking any prizes or monetary donations. $25 tee sign sponsors are still welcome for the temp course.
