THE ONLY 1 Day DOUBLES event exclusively at Persimmon Ridge Resort tournament. 2 rounds of 18 holes, shotgun start will take place at 9:00 am. Following the first round, player will have a break for lunch. Shotgun start time for round 2 will be announced after the first round ends.
Course of Play:
MPO/MA1/Co-Ed (Pro+1) will play the GOLD tees both rounds.
MA2/Co-Ed (Adv/Int+1) will play the BLUE tees both rounds.
MA3/All Women/Co-Ed (Both Rec) will play the RED tees both rounds.
ALL DIVISIONS will have alternate pin positions for round two on holes 5, 6, 7, 8, & 12.
REC divisions are trophy only. ADV & INT will pay out the top 45% in each division through the Persimmon Ridge Pro shop. OPEN divisions will pay top 40% through the PayPal account used for registration within 48 hours of event end. $5 will go to course fees for this event.
For Co-Ed registration choose the category for the highest rated player on the team.
CERe is for teams of two Rec players, CEAm is for teams of at least one Intermediate or Advanced player, and CEOp is for teams of at least one Open player.
All amateur divisions will receive a $20 Persimmon Ridge Pro Shop Voucher to "build your own player pack" upon Saturday morning check in. There are many items available in our huge pro shop. Plus, this player pack can also be used towards other course offerings. Feel free to contact Persimmon Ridge regarding these specific offerings. "Player pack voucher" must be used by event end.
Included in your entry fee is the chance at $100 in store credit for an ace on Hole 1 and a first round CTP (individual, not team, $25 PR logo merch). Open & Adv compete for one CTP and all other Ams compete for another. Trophy discs will be awarded to first place in each amateur division.
SPECIAL NOTE: This is 1 of 3 events in our PR Triple Crown Tournaments! Play all three (3) Spring Sling events: Singles, Doubles & Triples and you will you will receive a custom t-shirt. Event dates are: Singles 3/4/23, Doubles 4/8/23 & Triples 6/3/23
Refund policy
Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player's packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit.
