To be a Father Dave McC-Note Challenger, pick the choice below that corresponds to your division. The McC-Note Challenge price INCLUDES your Ace Pot and Ring-of-Fire fees, and your non-active PDGA fee (if applicable).

Ace Pot - for holes in one; NOTE: the ace pot fee is INCLUDED in the Father Dave McC-Note Challenge price; the Ace Pot is per pool, and all aces in a pool during the 3 rounds will split the pool's ace pot evenly; if no aces within a pool, a CPT contest will be held following the end of round 3 for the money.

Waterloo Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

47th Waterloo Cancellation Policy:

For Father Dave McC-Note Challengers
* Cancel by Thu. Sep 12th, cxl fee of $20
* Cancel between Fri. Sep 13th – Tue. Oct 15th, cxl fee of $60 but you will receive your McC-Note Goodie and a tournament disc
* Cancel between Wed. Oct 16th – Sat. Oct 19th one hour before the round starts, no refund but you will receive your McC-Note Goodie and Player Pack

For Regular Players (all those who did NOT take the Father Dave McC-Note Challenge):
* Cancel by Thu. Sep 19th, cxl fee of $10
* Cancel between Fri. Sep 20th – Tue. Oct 15th, cxl fee of $25
* Cancel between Wed. Oct 16th – Sat. Oct 19th one hour before the round starts, no refund but you will receive your Player Pack


To cancel, you must email the club directly at [email protected] or call the club phone 512-994-9508 (leave a full message including your name and divisions if we don’t answer).
OR
if you registered online through Disc Golf Scene, the best way to cancel is to go to your DGS confirmation email and request cancellation/refund through there.

Do NOT post on the event FB page about cancelling or try to get in touch some other way - it is too easy for your message to be missed or not seen in time.

For ALL players: if you cancel and tell us to keep all of your fees for the fundraising, we will get you as much of a Player Pack as possible. It will contain at least a tournament disc plus there could be more stuff from the club and our sponsors if we have enough.

For ALL players: a no-show on Saturday (without contacting to cancel) means no refund and no Player Pack.
