The Ace Pot will be PER POOL, and will be split evenly among all aces in that pool. If there are no aces in a pool, a Closest-To-the-Pin contest will be held immediately following the 3rd Round for the unclaimed Ace Pot.

Silent Auction
SATURDAY Only. While you are out playing Round 1 we’ll be loading down the tables with lots of cool items to bid on. At the end of Saturday, around 6pm, we’ll make last call for bidding and close down the auction. If you win any items, please collect and pay right then. If you aren’t around at that point you’ll need to collect and pay on Sunday.

We will have CTPs on both courses and both rounds on Saturday; winners can collect their prizes Saturday evening or Sunday.

For each round on Saturday there will be a:
CTP for All Players
CTP for Father Dave McC-Note Challengers only
CTP for Women only

So women McC-Noters will have 3 CTPs to shoot for each round.

Donations of Food, Household Goods, Toys, & Can Tabs
We will have a big box at Tournament HQ all weekend to collect canned, boxed, or packaged foods; household items and every-day necessities such as toiletries, etc. for all the families who stay at RMH. Toys and games for the kids are also welcome. Plus we collect jugs/containers of aluminum can tabs that RMH recycles for extra money.

Please bring cash to pay for doubles; it is just faster and easier. We should have a Square reader available for credit cards, but that really slows things down. NO electronic payments available.

We have to stop teeing teams off at 4:00pm. Main thing is be there early enough to play. The closer it gets to 4:00pm the less chance of playing because if there are a bunch of other teams ahead of you waiting to tee off you wouldn’t be able to start in time.

Goal: start teeing teams off at 9:30am, with signup starting about 8:45-9:00am. Most years many teams have had time to play twice (once on each course or twice on the same course).

Cards will be limited to 2 teams to keep things flowing smoothly.

The fee is $25 per person; includes $9 greens fee for the round, $2 ace pot, $2 fundraising, and $12 to payout. So for a team the full fee is $50.

Two courses are available: Olse Course and Kelly Course.
* The competition is course-specific.
* The ace pot is course-specific.
* If there are no aces on a course, that ace pot money will go to the fundraising.

If a team plays the same course more than once, only the best score will count.

If you sign up for one course but then change your mind and want to play the other instead, you MUST come by HQ, tell the doubles sign-up staff, and get a new scorecard.

We will have all the usual divisions:
* Rec through Pro
* the age protected ones too
* PLUS a mixed division (male & female). The mixed division can have players of any skill level
ALL mixed division payout is in merchandise.

Reminder: For age-protected divisions and ratings protected divisions, BOTH players must qualify for that division.

Also, general doubles etiquette is that if you have a team with players of two different skill levels, you play to the HIGHER division. Ex: a pro and an advanced player should play pro; a rec and an advanced player should play advanced (you do NOT split the difference and play intermediate  ).

The courses will NOT be open for practice before the tournament. We only have it leased for Friday through Sunday. So if you want to practice for Sat. & Sun., Playing Doubles is your only chance.

Results posted on Sunday morning (and if possible, Saturday afternoon). Awards for doubles can be picked up anytime on Sunday the 20th.

How does registration go.from 124 player registestered to 180 and full.in less than 10 seconds unless golfscene has players pre-registered and prepaid just waiting for.8 pm to get here and boom they are all.in it's time to.boycot golfscene regestration they charge each person almost.6.dollars to regesture and probably some kind of membership to pre regesture for any upcoming tournaments so it was virtually impossible for anybody to use regular regestration today but. Maybe half those people will opt out and the wait list people will get in
