Refund policy

Steve Slakey and Ben Slakey are responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds will be processed exactly as stated in the PDGA guidelines on refunds and cancellations.

Refunds prior to July 20:
100% refund, minus a $5 handling fee.

Refunds between July 20 and Aug 4:
50% refund or have your players pack shipped to you. In the event that someone signs up after you or your spot is filled from the waitlist, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds between Aug 5 and Aug 19:
25% refund or have your players pack shipped to you. In the event that someone signs up after you or your spot is filled from the waitlist, you will receive a full refund.

If you do not notify me that you are cancelling or withdrawing prior to the start of the event, you will not receive any refund or players packs. Regardless of when you withdraw, you will receive a full refund on any additional items purchased (raffle tickets, ace pot, etc.)

Sponsor refund policy
Any money paid as part of a sponsorship is nonrefundable, regardless of when you withdraw. You will still receive your CFR disc and a tee sign with your name will still be displayed at the event.
