Hello All Tri-State Championship Competitors. With the recent flooding and half of Otter Brook under water, we have decided to pull Otter Brook from the event. With more rain in the forecast and the current state of Otter Brook (see photos), it was really our only move. Saturday will consist of tee times at Living Memorial Park in Brattleboro starting at roughly 8:00 a.m. followed by a casual random doubles at Westy Acres with live music afterwards. Sunday will remain as planned with tee times at Oak Ridge.

Wondering if anyone knows where the lost and found goes from memorial lost a disc there a couple weeks ago

Usually the discs get dropped in the kiosk on hole one at Memorial.

Is there consideration about this event still happening given the disaster area the region is with the flooding? Just curious with more heavy rain forecasted for Friday and more rain over the weekend.

We are still all systems go. From what im told Otter Brook took minimal damage. LMP and Oak were both unaffected entirely. With the next few days of clear weather the water levels should recede a decent amount. It might be wet, but until otherwise informed we are on as usual!

Worst case scenario is that Otter Brook gets impacted by the storms and is flooded. As of now we are all systems go as AJ has said.

I accidentally registered in the wrong division (FA1 rather than FA2). Is there a way to put me in FA2 instead?

Is camping included in the price of registration or do we have to separately register with Westy Acres?

Camping is a separate fee. It has been added to the registration form.

Part of the reason I signed up for this was to play three rounds. Why are we not playing two rounds at Memorial given that the plan was already to use the course for two rounds Saturday?
Because shotgun starts at LMP are terrible.
That was the original plan for the event. Now you're saying it was a terrible idea?
The course will be open after the tournament tomorrow if you would like to get another round in.
We are having a random doubles at Westy Acres after the round at LMP. That was our idea for including 3 rounds without having to include a neghboring course that others may not have played.
