The Rapid City Classic is the biggest event in the Black Hills each year. It's a great disc golf weekend that starts with random doubles on Friday Night and follows up with four rounds of sanctioned disc golf over two days. We will play an extended 21-hole layout at Jackson Park, a challenging layout at LaCriox Park, and two rounds on the extended 18-hole layout at Omaha Park. There will be CTPs, distance challenges, tech disc challenges, and other games. There will be a player party on Saturday. Due to unexpected growth last year, we will have Pool A and Pool B to eliminate playing 5-carded and reduce the lunch breaks between rounds. Pools will be balanced as we get closer to the event to allow for the most players and the best pace of play.
