Is there a different payment method other than PayPal?

There is not, if you don’t have PayPal it should give you the option to use a card. If you can get it to work please let me know and we can figure it out.

A TD fee and only paying out 85% after fees for open? Where's the money going?

TD fee covers the cost of water, ice, any supplies needed and gas to set up the course. The 15% is the little bit of profit that I make to cover my time running these events. This is all among the PDGA C tier rules.
