Welcome to the Chingones 3 Disc Challenge—a one-day, one-round event designed to test your skills and disc selection strategy.
Rules:
- You may use only 3 discs for the entire round.
- Select any 3 discs at the start, and you must complete the round with those same discs.
- If you lose a disc, you must finish the round with what remains.
- Shoot your division’s target score using only the 3 discs you started with to complete the challenge.
Event Details:
- Date: November 16th
- Time: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
(Please arrive an hour early for registration and warm-up)
- Format: Shotgun start with 4-5 players per card

- A chance to earn the “3 Disc Challenge” Coin
What is a Challenge Coin?
A Challenge Coin is a unique metal coin you can proudly display in your Challenge Mini—a brand new mini design that holds up to 7 challenge coins. It allows you to showcase your achievements every time you mark your lie. (See images for reference)
Completing the Challenge:
Successfully completing the challenge (see scoring below) will earn you your first-ever Challenge Coin, the 3 Disc Challenge!
Scoring:
Your goal is to shoot your division’s target score using only the 3 discs you started with:
- Gold (Rating 970+) = -5
- Blue (Rating <970) = 0
- White (Rating <935) = +5
- Red (Rating <900) = +10
- Green (Rating <850) = +15
- Purple (Rating <800) = +20
Pricing:
- $30 (includes: $15 for the Challenge Mini, $5 for the “Challenge Accepted” Coin, $5 for the chance to earn the “3 Disc Challenge Coin,” and $5 for future events.
Future events will have cheaper pricing options for those who already own a challenge mini.
Future Challenges & Earning More Coins:
You can earn additional Challenge Coins by completing future challenges like:
- 2 Putt Challenge – Make two consecutive putts.
- Angle Control Challenge – Master different disc angles.
- Upshot Challenge – Land in designated zones.
Other ways to earn coins include:
- Completing the Chingones League
- Participating in a Glow Round
- Hitting an Ace
- And much more!
Even if you don’t complete the 3 Disc Challenge, you’ll have more opportunities to earn this coin in the future.
