This is a PRE-REGISTRATION event only. No exceptions.

We hope you'll join us for the 3rd ANNUAL INDIANA STATE AMATEUR
DISC GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS!
This event is capped at 144 players
So how do you qualify?
-ALL amateur players are invited to attend.
-This is an AMATEUR ONLY SINGLES event.
-This is NOT a trophy only event.
-No PDGA membership is required. Non-members pay $15 additional in PDGA fees. Non-current PDGA members pay $15.
-No formal event invitation is required.
-You don’t need to be an Indiana resident to play.
-You do not need to have earned points having played other events.
-Player rating must be <970.
-You need only be an AMATEUR level player. No rating? Your first tournament? Not sure which division you should play? Call the pro shop at 219-771-3472.
-$1500 added in CTPs and hot round merchandise including MVP discs, baskets and range finders!!
-Full players pack guaranteed to first 100 players, all others receive Flight Center vouchers
-MVP mini basket trophies for all 1st place finishers. 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive customized plaque trophies.
-Payouts provided through Lemon Lake Flight Center for all division winners
-Low entry fees
-Lunch available onsite for $5 donation
-Lots of CTPs
-ACE pool available for $5 per person

$5 of each player entry is paid directly to the Lake County Parks Department for the use and maintenance of Lemon Lake's disc golf courses. This includes the standard parking fee. $3 of each player entry is paid directly to the PDGA as required.
