Sadly, I have to drop out of the event due to an emergency this morning. What all can I do to get a refund for the tournament?

you cant get a refund day of.... has to be 24 hrs in advance sadly

Andrew Dorsett   March 6, 2021 at 5:46pm

That isn't stated in the refund policy though. It states that I would be refunded if someone fills my spot.

I'm not really sure how this works as this is the first tournament I've ever signed up for but I'm #31 on the waiting list....is there even any point in showing up to this event?

That is a pretty safe bet. But there is a bunch of movement on the waitlist. I don’t want to give false hope. But there is still a chance

Will the 2 extra holes be the same as last year?

The two we will be using this year are as follows: After regular hole 17 you will turn to the left and play the short hole up the hill. Then across that upper parking lot. Then to regular hole 18 renumbered 20 etc.

Ryan, is it the same layout we used for the Columbia bag tag event back in January?

Ryan Ulmer   February 22, 2021 at 12:16pm

Not sure which they used that day. Watch 2014 Earlewood Classic on YouTube. Same holes.

Ryan, I must have made a mistake. Now I am registered for MA50 and wait listed for MA2. We can sort it out day if I guess. GG

You can edit your registration at anytime on disc golf scene

Gordon Gregory   February 22, 2021 at 4:49am

Ryan, I think the issue may be that I registered two players. Me and my son. I did my son last. His registration is available for edit. Mine is not. GG

I realize that the waitlist fee is non refundable, however I think i accidentally signed up for the ace and cash ctp pools when I signed up for the waitlist. Will that be refunded if I don't get in?

You can go to your disc golf scene and edit your registration to take off ace and ctp. It will automatically refund. Let me know if you have any trouble.

Will course be available to play the Friday for practice before the tournament? Or is it closed to public in preparation for the weekend?

Why isn’t there MA3?

Going more towards how it was ran the first 25 years. Use to only have MA1 up until a few years ago.

Tony Flowers    December 30, 2020 at 11:20pm

Ish, the flyer on the first page says February 6-7, but it is March 6-7, correct?

Yes that’s correct
