Good evening players!

Thank you for participating in the 2nd Annual Sunrise War Doubles Tournament at Picnic Island. We can’t thank you enough for the support you have shown this event in it’s 2nd year! We couldn’t be more excited to provide you with a wonderful day of disc golf. Thanks to you this has been possible, and we are grateful for you being apart of this tournament.

Just wanted to pass on a few reminders before Saturday morning:
Check in will be from 8:00-8:45. Show up early if you’re able to! The players meeting will
begin right after check in, followed immediately by Round 1. To access the full schedule and
additional information, head to the tournament page on discgolfscene.

SCORING will take place through UDisc for this event. If you do not already, please have this
app downloaded onto your phone. At least one player from each team will need Udisc on their phone for scoring purposes. It may be a good idea to bring a portable charger with you if your phone has potential to die before Round 2 is completed.

Basket location for each hole is specified in UDisc and on discgolfscene. Round 1 starting holes will be sent this evening or tomorrow through UDisc. You can also find the layouts and CTP arrangements attached to this email.

OTHER NOTES:
- Mulligans were available for purchase during registration ($5 per player, per round). If you
did not purchase any and would like to do so, please bring exact cash.
- If you have not already paid into the 50/50 raffle fund during registration ($5 per player), you
will have that opportunity as well. This year, every entry to the 50/50 raffle gives you a free
entry for a brand new disc golf basket. Again, please bring exact cash for this.
- If exact cash is not possible, we will have a Paypal email for your convenience at
tournament central.

Following Round 2, we’ll have a CTP throw off for all players. A disc and mini combo prize will
be given to the 5 closest throws. We will award trophies to our winners of each division,
announce CTP winners for all holes, our 50/50 raffle winner, and our disc golf basket winner. To
conclude the day, we will have 2 rounds of ring of fire with the winners taking home Spin City
Gift cards.

The weather for Saturday looks beautiful and warm. Remember to pack bug spray, and
sunscreen. We will have bug spray placed throughout the course on a few holes. A water bottle will be provided to every player during check in. However we recommend packing additional water to stay hydrated!
