About this tournament
2 rounds of play
We will be holding a 50/50 raffle day of event, cash only. We will also pull a second and third ticket for disc prizes. All money raised will be added to our B tier tournaments to boost the payouts even more!

For a division to be eligible for trophies, there must be a minimum of three players in the division by 8pm April 11th
This event will be a sanctioned C tier two round event at Xenia Rotary. This course is great and a favorite of many.
The Annual Xenia marathon is the same day so please allow enough time to get to the course, check in and make it to your starting hole on time. I’m sure streets will be closed at some point.
Discs will be on site for payout immediately following the second round for Ams and PayPal to pros. MPO, MP40 and MA1 will play long 14. All others will play all short tees.
This will be our first tournament of two this year at Sol. Another will be coming this summer.
A division must have three people unless approved by TD.
Where your money goes:
$3 PDGA fee
$3 Insurance, trophies and Xenia park fee
$29 towards payout
There is an optional $5 ace fund. If no aces are hit, we will throw off for 1/2 of the ace fund. The other half will be donated back to the club and that money will go towards our two B tier tournaments May 3-4 and October 12. Ace fund winners will be paid out via PayPal going forward.
Due to parking constraints, this will have a hard cap of 72 players. We do not have wiggle room to add to this.
We will send out a players email 24-48 hours before the tournament with all event details.
