Welcome to the 2nd Annual Prodigy x NHL Challenge @ MBP brought to you Prodigy Disc Canada and the organizers of Wednesday Night Marilyn Bell Park Glow League.
The Prodigy x NHL Challenge will be a friendly one-night competition to celebrate the sport of disc golf and new additions to the line of Prodigy x NHL Officially Licensed Discs!

EVENT TIME: 7:00-9:00 PM
SHOTGUN START - 2 x 9H rounds
EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE!
Registration Opens March 20th, 2025. Registration will CLOSE at 11:59 PM on April 2nd, 2025.
This is an unsanctioned singles event - Maximum 45 players.

All participants that register will receive Two (2) NHL Prodigy Discs, including:
1 x Prodigy PA-3 300 Fractal Plastic - NHL Black Ice Series Stamp
Flight Numbers: 3 / 3 / 0 / 1
Pick your favourite team from the Black Ice series, which boasts the team logo in coloured foil on a PA-3 300 Fractal. Discs with the Fractal aesthetic treatment utilize a new proprietary processing technique, splashing colours in a complex motif that's distinctive and abstract. It’s calming, chaotic, and completely one-of-a-kind!
1 x Prodigy M4 300 Plastic – NHL Logo Quarter Stamp
Flight Numbers: 5 / 5 / -1 / 1
The M4 is an extremely reliable, understable midrange disc. It is designed for all players and flies extremely far for a midrange. The M4 will turn up when thrown hard and will then have an extra-long glide and a soft straight finish.
NOTE: All Fractal Plastic NHL Club discs are subject to availability. If your first and second choice options are not available, we will work to arrange another option for you.
DISCS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ON SITE AT MARILYN BELL PARK DGC ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16TH, 2024.
100% of proceeds will go towards Wednesday MBP Glow League CTP prizing for the season.
ELIGIBILITY:
All are welcome to come out to play but for your score to count and to be eligible for CTP prizing, you must have registered for the Prodigy x NHL Challenge and use the provided Prodigy discs.
SCORING:
Shotgun start & players will complete 2 x 9H rounds (18 holes total) with all scoring logged on uDisc. All players must use tape/markers provided to mark their discs – otherwise how will we know which disc belongs to which player?
TIE-BREAK:
In the event of a tie, there will be a closest to the pin throw-off between all tied players using Hole #1.
PRIZES:
Prizes will be available for lowest score and at least one (1) CTP hole.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Baskets will be lit and glow tape will be provided if the event ends in darkness.
DISC GOLFER’S CODE:
1 - PLAY SMART – Never throw into a blind area or when players, spectators, pedestrians, or other facility users are within range. Use a spotter.
2 - RESPECT THE COURSE – Observe all posted rules. No littering, graffiti, or abuse of equipment or flora.
3 - REPRESENT THE SPORT – Be positive and responsible. Teach others.
