Will this be 2 rounds? Also will it be sanctioned? I see that it should be in the About section, but not seeing it on PDGA site yet.

Thanks for the clarification! Maybe more people will signup if the tournament was listed a C-Tier on the main-list page instead of just in the bottom details.
