Will the layout still be slightly modified for this tournament? Also will we possibly get to play the modified version prior to the tournament?

Do we recieve and email if we get moved off the waiting list and become eligible for the tournament? Notice im number 2 on the waiting list so possibly a chance ill be able to play still lol.
