2nd Annual Aces Wild
About this tournament
Come out and support Folsom disc golf. Fundraiser event for the expanded development of disc golf in Folsom. The tournament is being played on a temporary course at the Willow Hill Reservoir. This is a rare chance you get to play a tournament at this site!
This year's event is sponsored by Merrell! They will be onsite with shoe demos and will provide some of the prizes! Check out their gear at www.merrell.com
Format:
One round of 21, 2 throws per hole, one throw per disc.
Rules of play:
Players are required to use the 2 discs chosen during registration, however, newly signed up Club Members will receive one EXTRA throw per hole with their new club disc for a separate prize pool. Memberships are available for purchase onsite. If a disc is lost, player may replace with a Folsom DGC fundraiser disc for an additional $10. All players are responsible for keeping their own score on provided scorecard. Cards should be marked "A" for aces (hole in one) and "M" for metal hit on basket.
After all players in the group have thrown, discs are picked up and the group moves on to the next tee. Players are responsible for turning in scorecards at end of round.
A Bandaid Drive is being held in conjunction with the tournament. Bring a box of kids Bandaids and receive one FREE throw at the Pyramid Challenge for a prize! Additional attempts at the Pyramid are available for purchase.
