    Player Check-in

    Players must check-in at tournament central before the start of the tournament.

    8:30am - 8:45am

    Player's Meeting.

    A brief meeting with players to discuss tournament and course rules.

    9:00am

    Shotgun start of the first round.

    After players reach their holes there will be a two-minute warning given before the round is started at approximately 9:00am.

    1:15pm - 2:15pm

    Lunch Break.

    The first round will take 4 to 4 and a half hours to complete. Lunch break begins after the first round has ended and usually lasts about an hour. There are several places to get lunch that are close to the course. If you plan on leaving the course to get lunch, have a plan ready. Goggle places to eat if you are not familiar with the town.

    Parking will be scarce at the course when you return, and you may have to park across the street at the college. There is another event scheduled at the other gazebo in the park and there will be the usual park users on the weekend. It would be best if you could bring a lunch with you, so you don't have to leave the park.

South Tahoe Disc Golf Association invites you to the 29th Annual Tahoe Pro/Am at Bijou Disc Golf Course in South Lake Tahoe, California on July 29th and 30th, 2023. The 29th Annual Tahoe Pro/Am is event #4 of the 2023 Sierra Tahoe Series. This is a B tier PDGA sanctioned event. You must be a current PDGA member to register for this tournament. This event is three rounds of 27 holes on the prestigious Bijou Disc Golf Course, two rounds of 27 on Saturday and one round of 27 on Sunday. There will be a "CTP" contest and a raffle to help raise more funds for the pay-outs. We will be qualifying players for the "CTP" contest during the lunch break on Saturday and after the final round on Sunday. The raffle will be held during the awards ceremony on Sunday. Amateur players will receive a player's package with their registration fee. Players packages are being withheld from the Professional registration fee in lieu of higher payouts. Professional players will have the option of purchasing a Tournament Stamped Disc for $15, a Tournament Tee-shirt for $15 or a player's package for $25 during registration if they would like a souvenir from the tournament. The player's package will consist of at least one Tournament Stamped Innova Disc and a Tournament Tee-shirt.

The divisions have been capped for this tournament. A minimum of three players are required to make a division. If your division does not have at least 3 competitors by June 2nd you may be asked to move to a different division or receive a refund.

We have 27 Tournament Tee Sponsorship spots available. Tournament Tee Sponsorship spots are $50 plus the $85 registration fee, for a total of $135. Tournament Tee Sponsors are granted the privilege of registering for the tournament early. Early registration for tournament sponsors opens on April 24th at 8:00pm. All others registration spots open May 1st at 8:00pm. Tournament registrations fill up quickly now-a-days with the recent surge of participation in the sport of disc golf. If you don't get in right away, wait it out on the waitlist.

Refund policy

South Tahoe Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Any cancellations after 6/30/2023 at 8pm will receive a $70 refund. There will be NO refunds for cancellations after 7/21/2023 at 8pm. Tournament sponsors that were granted an early registration will only be refunded their registration fee, based on what time they canceled, the sponsorship fee will not be refunded.
