About this tournament

Welcome to the 25th River City Cup disc golf tournament brought to you by Viking Interiors and supported by Innova, Rob Lichuk and Chucking Canuck, this is the longest continuous running event in Alberta and we are proud to host this event as a PDGA "A" tier for the first time in it's 25 year history.
We will do our best to bring you the best RCC ever and we hope that this event will be around for another 25 years.
There will be a total of 220 spots for this event, 100 Pro and 120 Am.
Because Pros and Ams play different courses the Ace pot will be split for each side.

The event fee includes the $4 PDGA fee and $1 event fee to help cover extra costs, so payouts for Pros are $120 from each player plus added cash, for Amateurs it will be $95 from each player, this event is a true amateur event so all amateur players will receive a player pack worth at least $167 and compete for truly unique trophies only.
Please ensure you can attend the event prior to signing up, read all the details.
Divisions must be a minimum of 3 players in order to be active, if not you will be asked to move to another division or get a refund.
There will be an Ace pot for Pros and an Ace pot for Ams, if the pot is not won a draw will be held for half of the pot and the other half will be donated to EDGA to help build more courses, the winner will be contacted and sent the funds via Paypal or etransfer.
Junior divisions will only play 2 rounds, Friday and Saturday.

Refund policy

Edmonton Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
In case the event fills up, there will be 25 spots for the waitlist, in the event you do not make it into the event or you request a refund you will receive your entry fee back minus the service fees.
*In order to properly prepare for the event, As per PDGA full refund will be given up to 30 days prior to the event, 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event, 25% refund up to 1 week prior to the event, if a refund is requested 7 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, Pros will not get a refund and their fee will be added to the Pro payouts, Amateurs will receive their full amateur player pack instead of a refund.
