what's a ghost card.... i have heard it in league play associated with substitute

Basically you start two groups on one hole. Usually a long one so after the first group throws their second shots the 2nd group (ghost group) tees off hopefully before the guys in the group behind catches up

weekend and got ate up by chiggers..... be sure to bring some chigger go or DEET!

Obviously there are at least 90 people in the ADGO. Why would this event not have more than 90 slots available then so more people can register?

The PDGA limits the number of players on a card to just five in the competition manual and we are playing the original 18 hole layout on the first day. See: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/106

Pretty much forces you to join the ADGO if you want to play in the tournament with ADGO have 200+ members and tournament only having 90 spots

Interested in signing up for this event but, I am not a ADGO member, I am located in Jacksonville, Florida. Main page says general registration opens on 06/01/18 but, could I sign up now and get put on the top of the waitlist or would I have to wait until June 1st?

You gotta wait until June 1st. Then you can sign up for a spot if available. If not then you can be put on the wait list.

ADGO members get exclusive early access registration to this tournament. Registration goes live at noon on the 18th. You are more than welcome to register if you like at that time.
