For any card that hasn't tee'd off your tee time will be pushed back 1 hour and 10 min back make sure you still show up 5 min before tee time since rule is still in affect

Because of lightning delay the earliest players can get out on course to practice is 11:52 AM . That would put earliest start time at 12:22 PM
