About this tournament
Hello CVS Disc Golfers! Welcome to the 2025 WinterJam, a CVS event brought to you by The Delta Windjammers, in partnership with DGA and OTB Discs.
Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park opens at 8AM and check in will start at 8:15AM. Park entry is $6, CASH ONLY. Tournament Central will be located at the Oak Pavilion. We will be using online scoring through UDisc. We highly recommend you use online scoring but if you are unable to do so, scorecards will be available at Tournament Central.

Plate lunches from L&L BBQ will be available for purchase as part of registration and can be picked up at Tournament Central after Round 1. If you do not order lunch through registration, you will need to bring your own meal.
Lunch options (all plates come with rice and mac salad):
- Loco Moco Plate $11.79
- Chicken Katsu Plate $11.19
- BBQ Chicken Plate $11.19
- BBQ Beef Plate $12.49
- Kalua Pork Plate $11.49
FORMAT
2 rounds of 20 holes per round. As we have limited daylight, ensure you maintain speed of play and keep up with the card in front of you. The 2-meter rule is in effect throughout the tournament. All OB fence lines are to be determined by the inside of the fence posts, not the planks or the wire. Some tee signs will specify the "fence and beyond", and some will specify "asphalt and beyond.” Use the rules on the tee sign for all standard holes and common sense, with benefit of the doubt to the player.
SIDE NOTES
- Mini ace race side game: 3 throws for $5, which gets you an additional 3 raffle tickets. Anyone who aces the mini basket will receive a bonus 20 raffle tickets. All proceeds will benefit the club.
- OTB Roadshow will be set up during the round for you to shop before, in between, and after your rounds. We will also have some Delta WindJammer merch out for purchase and appreciate your support!
- You will be provided with a raffle ticket at check in. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased up until the raffle drawing.
- Water: We will not be providing water bottles. Water stations will be set up on each course and at Tournament Central. We highly recommend you bring your own flask for water and refill at the stations.
